MALABAR offers copious dishes based with fresh products

prepared by the minute. Not only local, the cuisine is also inspired by the Southwest. Born in Bordeaux, the chef is proud of his region and highlights the duck; particularly in the foie-gras, the duck confit and the duck breast.

The fresh ravioli of the day will satisfy your taste buds as well as our homemade pies or ice creams for dessert.

In partnership with Passiona Pâtes, we propose fresh ravioli everyday.

Stuffed with goatcheese & ratatouille, with olives, with ricotta & basil or with mushrooms with its foie-gras sauce...The choices are multiple. 

The place

Romantic & Picturesque

Situated on the ramparts of the village, the two exterior tables get a panoramic view of the French Riviera, which is considered one of the prettiest in the emblematic village of Saint-Paul.

Available terrace on the concert nights during the summer.
